and Shirley MacLaine, as her acholic mother.
Basically it was brilliant. Based on Carrie Fisher's (i.e. Princess Leia) life. It was released in 1990, so it's filled with excellent denim jackets, cowboys boots, leather, etc.
and Dennis Quaid is in it.
Of course Shirley sings.
Oh, but so does Meryl!
