This is one of my favorite summer dresses. It's super comfy, but pretty short so I always wear spandex shorts underneath. Short shorts are really a lifesaver in the summer. A little pair of bike shorts allow one to wear the slutty-est dress without having to keep your knees together. It's too hot to act like a lady.

Hello! Thankyou for your comment on my blog, In reply to your question I just use a very cheap liquid eyeliner on the top lid and a khol pencil on the bottom! A lot of the time I end up with mismatched eyes!!!
